There Is No Clock

In this interview part, our colleague, David Heard, explains that there are no reasons why a person of age should not exercise less, or exercise less strenuously. As he puts it, "there is no clock that says you cannot do it."
This, of course, applies to all form of physical activity, be it exercise, sport or what we call simple ADL - Activities for Daily Living.
David goes on to explain that we can all to often be beseeched by society to take it easy at certain ages of life, something he recommends we become aware of and ignore, listening only to our bodies and to ourselves.
So for now, one useful point to consider is that there is no clock that says you cannot do it.
One can only presume that the more we get this understanding into accepted society thinking, the more pleasurable, supportive and empowering it will be for all involved.
So it's for this reason that we have chosen a nice, ridiculous looking Dali clock image to enforce the ridiculousness of the thinking we wish to replace.
