This is part of the 'Peace Is The Way Global Community' website in which Deepak presents an approach for transforming the World's consciousness to one of peace through personal transformation and seven daily practices.
It also notes and makes the wise observation that it is a pro-peace philosophy, rather than an anti-war, or anti-anything movement.
"Our task together is to form a peace movement which isn’t an anti-war movement. The difference is crucial, because every movement founded to be “anti” has led in the end to resistance, opposition, and violence." - Deepak Chopra
This wisdom is right at the heart of our own philosophy and approach to peace as encompassed by the Seth Material quote in which it is stated (paraphrased);
"If you wish to bring an end to war then hatred of war will not achieve that. Only love of peace will do that. He who hates one evil merely creates another."
The reason for this being a successful approach is in its being in line with the universal principle that what you focus on and hold in mind you tend to create. So we focus on peace and our love of peace if that is what we wish to bring about.
The 'Peace Is The Way' movement is a wonderful guide for anyone who wishes to do something for themselves and for others and wishes to have some form of guide to get an understanding for exactly what they can do, or feel they wish to do. It is a very high quality tool for personal transformation.
